  8. Cruise consists of a 3 night cruise for two (double occupancy) sailing from Los Angeles, CA or Miami, FL.
  9. Sailing date will be at the discretion of Lesley Rhodes.
  10. Cruise is non-transferable.
  11. Cruise is non-redeemable for cash.
  12. Lesley Rhodes reserves the right to change or cancel  the contest at any time during the contest.
  13. All prize award decisions are final.
  14. To be eligible to win, each winner will be required to sign a release giving Lesley Rhodes permission to use his or her name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for publicity purposes connected with this promotion without additional compensation.
